About this timeline. I put this chronology together myself — I'm Tito Joe Sabado, an alumnus and the advisor of Kapatirang Pilipino at UC Santa Barbara. It draws on my coursework in Asian American Studies at UCSB, including the Filipino-American Experience, and on my own continuing research and engagement with Asian-American and Filipino-American histories.
